Hi there! I’m Dr. Stacy Sims, and I built this website and business to support my vision of a better world, a world of healthy women who understand and know how to work with their bodies.
We live under a weight of stress on our internal landscape that weakens us and negatively impacts our quality of life. Ironically, “stressors” are the key to fixing our path forward!
By harnessing the power of intentional physical movement with carefully applied external stressors (intensity, strength training, impact), we’ll be able to live long, healthy, independent lives from our teen years through midlife and beyond.
You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from what I have to share; you have to be curious and willing to take action toward a stronger future.
